一位美国研究人员认为：HPV-16/18型疫苗不该应用于HPV患者。

Allanhildesheim,Ph.D.,oftheNationalCancerInstitute,Bethesda,Md.,andcolleaguesconductedastudytoaddressthequestionofwhetherwomenpositiveforHPVDNAshouldbeencouragedtoreceiveHPV-16/etrialwasconductedintwoprovincesofCostaRicaandincluded2,rticipantswererandomlyassignedtoreceivethreedosesofHPV-16/18vaccine(n=1,088)oracontrolhepatitisAvaccine(n=1,101)over6months.

the6-monthvisit,ratesofclearancewere33.4percentvs.31.6percentforHPV-16/18amongparticipantswhoreceivedtheHPVvaccineandthecontrolvaccine,the12-monthvisit,ratesofclearanceamongparticipantsintheHPVgroupandthecontrolgroup,respectively,were48.8percentvs.49.8percentforHPV-16/18.

Therewasnoevidenceofvaccineeffectswithfurtheranalysisonselectedstudyentrycharacteristicsreflectiveofdiseaseextent,includingHPV-16/18antibodyresults,cytologicresults,milarly,noevidenceofvaccineeffectswasobservedinanalysesstratifiedbyotherstudyentryparametersthoughttopotentiallyinfluenceclearanceratesandefficacyofthevaccine,includingtimesincesexualinitiation,oralcontraceptiveuse,cigarettesmoking.
